One-Time Consultations
If all you need is help getting started Cherish LLC will assist you with planning your wedding! At this-one time consultation we will plan, a budget and timeline to execute your own ideas. You will receive a list of vendors, caterers, bakers, florist, and videographers along with photographers.
Fees for one-time consultation service 1-3 hrs $ 75.00 Consultation fee will be waived if you use our company for any other services.
Day-of-The-Wedding Coordination
The wedding coordinator will assist with planning activities the day of the ceremony; we will develop a timeline of activities two months prior to the event. We will review the brides list of vendor; we will contact all vendors, and coordinate with all the vendors to make sure they will arrive on time, and discuss anything the bride may want to add to her celebration.
Additionally we will supervise the rehearsal dinner, and every detail of the wedding. Assist with setting up receptions, cakes flowers, and decorations. Make sure the limousine and bridal party arrive on time; from organizing photo sessions, food service, cake cutting and the first dance to helping family members with last minute questions and clean up.
Full Service Coordination
For an anxiety-free experience, our dedicated professionals will assist with the planning, budgeting, explore your dreams and desires for your wedding and develop a plan for realizing them. Throughout the planning process we will keep your vision in mind, inform you of progress in the planning, and solve any problems that occur with vendors.
We will assist with bridal party, dress for bride and formal attire for groom, assist with rehearsal dinner, ideas for decorations, themes for wedding, coordinator with vendors, make sure bridal party and grooms men and assistants arrive on time to all their events, rehearsal dinner, wedding reception. We will be with the bride and groom from beginning to the end to ensure that the couple have the wedding of their dreams on any budget Large or Small.
Fees for Full Service Coordination are based on the size of the wedding 10-15% of the budget. Minimum fee of $500.00.
